Quovec is a decision-support tool for your business. It analyzes operational data that you provide or connect — sales, labor, inventory, leases — and surfaces findings, scores, and recommendations for you to review. You decide; Quovec recommends.
Quovec is not an autonomous decision-maker. No payment, price change, personnel action, schedule change, or outside communication is ever carried out by the system on its own — every recommended action waits for a human at your business to approve it. You keep sole authority over, and sole responsibility for, every business decision you make or do not make.
Quovec is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, or HR advice, and using it does not create any professional-client relationship. Consult your own qualified advisors before acting on any finding.
Quovec makes no promise, guarantee, or representation of any specific savings, cost reduction, revenue, recovery, profit, or business outcome. Any savings figures, forecasts, projections, or "opportunity" amounts shown anywhere in the platform, in a proposal, in marketing material, or in conversation are illustrative estimates only — built from assumptions and from your own data — and are not commitments and not a prediction that you will achieve them. Actual results depend on your business, your data, your markets, and your decisions, and may be materially different or nil.
No statement by Quovec, its founder, or any representative — whether written, spoken, or shown on screen — should be understood as a guarantee of results or as a promise that any figure will be realized. If any such statement seems to promise a specific dollar outcome, this Acknowledgment controls and no such promise is made.
Some features surface statistical variances that may relate to a location, shift, or individual (for example, loss-prevention or attendance patterns). These are signals for your review only. A variance is a statistical observation with a documented method and confidence level — it is not an accusation, a finding of misconduct, or evidence that anyone did anything wrong.
Quovec makes no automated employment decision and is not designed, marketed, or permitted to be used as an automated employment-decision tool. Any investigation, discipline, or termination is your decision, made under your own policies and applicable employment law, with your own independent verification. You are responsible for any notices to, or consents from, your workforce that the law requires, and for using outputs lawfully.
You own your data. You grant Quovec a limited license to host, process, and analyze it solely to provide and support the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA. Quovec does not sell your data. You confirm that you have the right and authority to provide the data (including any point-of-sale, financial, lease, or employee data), and that you have obtained any consents and given any notices required for any personal or third-party information it contains. Quovec relies on that authorization.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Output quality depends on the accuracy, completeness, and freshness of the data you supply; gaps, broken feeds, or unrecorded events degrade results. Forecasts are probabilistic estimates of an uncertain future and may not hold. Validate every recommendation against your own knowledge of your business before acting — the platform shows its basis (inputs, method, confidence) so you can check it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, or business interruption; and Quovec's total liability is capped as stated in the Terms of Service. These limits, and this allocation of risk, are an essential part of the pricing and the bargain. Full detail is in the Terms of Service, Sections 7–9.

By executing this Acknowledgment at login, you confirm that: you are authorized to accept these terms for your business; you have had the opportunity to read the documents above; you understand that Quovec guarantees no savings, revenue, or outcome and makes no sales promise; you understand that findings about people are signals for review and not accusations; and you agree to Quovec's terms as set out in the documents above. Your typed name is your electronic signature, and the date, version, and record of this acknowledgment are stored by Quovec for both parties' records.
